FoEC has successfully won a grant from the Melbourne Water community Grants program for $20,000 to fund a number of restoration projects around lower Edgars Creek. We are looking for willing helpers to assist us plant in excess of 2,500 plants along our Creek. Our Edgars Creek Edgars Creek flows along a 17km course from its headwater in Wollert through the highly urbanised suburbs of Epping , Thomastown and Reservoir, finally joining the Merri Creek in North Coburg. Edgars Creek Waterfall, North Coburg The Friends of Edgars Creek is a community group established in 2007 to help restore and protect the Edgars Creek, a largest tributary of Merri Creek.
